American Land Title Association Develops Principles for Remote Notarization
ALTA has developed principles for notarizations conducted remotely, outside of temporary emergencies such as COVID-19. The principles are outlined within this article which represent ALTA’s vision of the remote notarization system for the foreseeable future.
