The TIAC policy provides pre-claims assistance to its policyholders. This means that TIAC will cover the costs and expenses of investigating a circumstance that may develop into a claim.
The policy also provides subpoena assistance in the event that an insured receives a request for documents or testimony arising from professional services as defined in the policy, a TIAC insured may request assistance in responding to the subpoena.
