Title Insurance Producers: Do You Have an Active License?
Title Insurance Producers are required to hold an active license and surety bond, in addition to proper insurance protection for your business and professional liability needs. As we head into a new year, be sure to review continuing education requirements, and make sure all active agents in the business hold a current license.
When shopping for E&O professional liability coverage, a current license for all states in which business is conducted is essential to eligibility for coverage.
